ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2022 in Crime No.398 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional 1/4

Public Prosecutor would submit that the preliminary enquiry had been conducted based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2022 and the enquiry has been closed as Civil in nature.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was not called for enquiry and the closure report is also not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such furnishing of closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
