This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to conduct the enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel for Government (Criminal Side), on instructions, contended that the summons were issued to the petitioner for enquiry and that she did not appear before the Inspector of Police, Hasthampatty Police Station, Salem City. 3.Under the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order / uploading of the order in the website.
