This matter is placed before this Court seeking extension of time for a further period of one month to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.156 of 2016, pending on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tiruppur.

2. As requested by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, a months' time is granted to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.156 of 2016, pending on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tiruppur.

3. The II Additional District Court, Tiruppur, is expected to decide the matter on a day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond two working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.
