This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to pass an order or direction directing the third respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.01.2021.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the third respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.01.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the fourth respondent Police.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the fourth respondent Police had received a complaint against the petitioner and that it has been enquired into. Be that as it may, there are no allegations whatsoever against the respondents 1 & 2 and they have been unnecessarily impleaded as parties.

5. The respondents 3 & 4 are directed to summon the petitioner only in writing, if they want to enquire them. If any case is registered against the petitioner, the petitioner will be put on notice, so that he will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for seeking the relief of Anticipatory Bail.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
