Mr.S.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without affecting the interest of the second respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 10.12.2018, wherein and whereby, she sought for issuance of allotment order in respect of the property bearing Door No.98/12, Nochikuppam, Chennai.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the representation was made on 10.12.2018, the first respondent has not considered the same so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the second respondent and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
