2. On the aforesaid submission being made, this Court directed the Registry to reflect the name of the petitioner and listed the matter on 26.11.2025.
3. On 26.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through alternate counsel. Hence, the matter was listed on 03.12.2025 under the caption "for dismissal".

which only goes to show that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
