By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner claims that he and his brother's son, viz., Sanmugam, had jointly purchased the property by means of a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.949/2015, Patta No.1971, 1336, in respect of the land ad-measuring to an extent of 0.63.50 Ares in S.No.236/11A and to an extent o f 0.10.00 Ares in S.No.243/1F in Udayamampattu village, Thiyagadurugam Post, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District and one Ramasamy, son of Kodiyan, who is also a resident of the same village, in connivance with the revenue officials, is making attempts to get a joint patta. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.04.2016 to the respondents and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward with this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice, Ramasamy, son of Kodiyan, Udayamampattu village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the said Ramasamy, son of Kodiyan.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
