Respondents in all W.Ps Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the respondents pursuant to his order dated 12.03.2010, fixing the fee for B.Tech course for the academic year 2009-10, quash the same as far as it relates to the petitioner institute is concerned and further direct the respondent to refix the fee from the academic year 2009-10 onwards on par with the States of Kerala & Tamil Nadu.
