ORDER

The petitioner submitted a representation on 4.7.2014 requesting to transfer her from Idaichimulai to Perugavazhnthan Panchayat Union Primary School. Since there was no follow up action taken by the first respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, by producing a copy of the order, dated 4.2.2015, submitted that the first respondent has already disposed of the representation submitted by the petitioner on account of the absence of vacancy at the place indicated in the representation submitted by the petitioner.

3. In view of the order passed by the first respondent dated 4.2.2015, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. It is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, in case there is a vacancy in any of the nearby institutions and in the event of making any such representation, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same shall be considered and disposed of by the concerned respondent on merits.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
