ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act in Cr.No.773 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.07.2020, based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the scene of occurrence, the petitioner along with other accused were found in the possession of 32 kgs of Ganja and the same was seized. Hence this complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for grant of bail to the petitioner 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that commercial quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the accused.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner was found in possession of 32 Kgs. of Ganja, which is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
