This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6, imposed on the petitioner that on condition that "he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (one must be blood surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police" in Crl.OP.No.4319 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police".

All other conditions remain unaltered.
