PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2022 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural program (Adal Padal Nigalchi) which is schedule to be held on 04.05.2022 at 7 pm. to 10 pm., in Mariyamman Temple situated at Thekkupattu, Vaniyambadi, Thekkupattu (Post), Vellore District - 635 801. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct cultural programme (Adal Padal Programme) in Mariyamman Temple situated at Thekkupattu, Vaniyambadi, Thekkupattu (Post), Vellore District - 635 801 on 04.05.2022 between 07.00 pm. and 11.00pm., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent and it is also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
