O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 10.10.2014 pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 10.10.2014 and the same was closed on 25.04.2015, on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the necessary documents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner refutes this allegation and submits that they have participated in the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent Police to re-open the enquiry and the petitioner shall submit all the necessary records to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall act in accordance with law, laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
