ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on a mere apprehension that a Lookout Circular (LOC) has been issued by the first respondent. The petitioner thus seeks a mandamus forbearing the respondents infringing upon his right to travel abroad along with his wife and chilrdren.

Mr.A.Sriram, learned counsel, appearing for R1 and Mr.Rabu Manohar, learned SCGPC, appearing for R2 to R6 would unequivocally confirm, on written instructions, that no LOC has been 2/4
issued as against the petitioner. A copy of the instructions sent under email dated 05.09.2023 has also been produced to such effect.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
