ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to correct the alleged mistake in the revenue records more particularly in the FMB sketch for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in respect of his request for correction of the alleged mistake in the revenue records, more particularly, in the FMB sketch for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. Page No.2 of 6
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.11.2025 seeking correction of the alleged mistake in the revenue records, more particularly, in the FMB sketch for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
