ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 392,397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.70 of 2021.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) informs the Court that the petitioner is having host of criminal cases registered against him. It appears that some of them include murder cases also. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
