ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to file final report in respect of F.I.R. in Crime.No.116 of 2022 pending on the file of J-11 Police Station, Kannagi Nagar, Chennai. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is ready. On the basis of investigation, it is evident that issue between the parties is civil in nature and therefore, further action is dropped. Referred Charge sheet notice would be served served on the complainant after service. Final report would be filed within a period of two weeks.

3.Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if it is filed before the concerned Court in the manner known to law.
