O R D E R

The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.62 of 2018. On 04.06.2018, Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner by the trail Court for his absence. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.In the opinion of this Court, an order as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the trial Judge is directed to consider the application of the petitioner to recall the warrant, in the light of the law laid down by this Court in Pillappan @ Ravikumar Vs State rep. by Inspector of Police, West Police Station, Kumbakonam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
