Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for committing contempt of court by disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 22.08.2019 in W.A.No.1977 of 2013.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 22.08.2019 in W.A.No.1977 of 2013, Government Order has been passed on 24.11.2020, which was acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Further it is submitted that the said Government Order has not been given effect to. The respondents-contemnors are directed to give effect to

the Government Order passed on 24.11.2020 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Contempt Petition stands closed accordingly.
