The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 10.05.2018 submitted by the writ petitioner.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation stating that electricity service cable cannot be provided to the 3rd respondent through the land belongs to him. The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board provided cable for the purpose of providing electricity connected to the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Electricity Board made a submission that the electricity connection to the premises of the 3rd respondent has already been given by taking an alternate route and therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition lost its
relevance.
