ORDER
With consent on either side, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the property to an extent of about 2000 sq.ft., comprised in T.S.No.31, Ward E, Block 47, Korattur, Village Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District. Further, the patta stood in the name of the petitioner was changed in the name of one Maragatham without any enquiry. Further, on appeal preferred by the petitioner, the patta was restored to the name of the petitioner and the land claimed by the petitioner and Maragathammal are far away from each other. The said Maragathammal has preferred a Revision before the 3rd respondent as against the Appeal and the 3rd respondent has been calling the 2nd respondent to appear before the said authority along with relevant records, however, the 2nd respondent has not responded, hence the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the land claimed by the said Maragathammal has been purchased by her
husband in the year 1969 and the same had been acquired by the Tamilnadu Housing Board and the award was deposited in the Court. Further, the land claimed by the said Maragathammal is situated in T.S.Nos.43 and 44 and the land of the petitioner is situated in T.S.No.31 and both the lands are far away from each other. Moreover, on account of the revision preferred by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent, the said 3rd respondent directed the 2nd respondent to appear with all relevant records, however, the 2nd respondent has not responded, hence the present Writ Petition has been filed.
4. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents would submit that a direction may be given to the 2nd respondent to appear before the 3rd respondent with all relevant documents and sufficient time may be granted to the 2nd respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

Considering the above said facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the said Maragadham had preferred Revision before the 3rd respondent as against the cancellation of patta and taking note of the fact that the 3rd respondent by way of notice dated 17.04.2025 directed the 2nd respondent to appear with all relevant documents, this Court is inclined to direct the officials deputed by the 2nd respondent appear before the 3rd respondent with all relevant documents, as per notice dated 17.04.2025 and
the 3rd respondent shall conclude the proceedings after providing opportunity to the said Maragadham, petitioner and the relevant parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above said direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
