The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the Domestic Violence Complaint No.4/2017 dated 03.03.2017 filed by the respondent, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Puducherry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28458 of 2019 and etc., batch, dated 18.01.2021
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has not disputed the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
