This miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the decree and judgment dated 05.09.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.562 of 2019 on the file of Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.
