David Pacheco v. The Home Missionary Society

This application is filed to grant leave to institute the suit under Section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

2. The relief sought for in the suit is to issue appropriate direction for better administration and management of the first defendant and his properties. It is stated that the applicants are the life members of the Trust.

3. Despite notice having been served on the respondents, none appeared on their behalf.

4. Considering the averments made in the plaint, coupled with the fact that prima facie the rights of the members are likely to be affected, leave is granted.
