ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order passed in W.P.No.22261 of 2017, dated 22.08.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court dated 22.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.22261 of 2017 by surveying the lands. Further the learned Government Advocate submitted that even at the time of conducting survey the petitioner was also present, however, he refused to sign the survey proceedings. The learned Government Advocate also produced a sketch to support the case of the respondent that the survey was conducted as directed by this Court.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, in accordance with law. 23.10.2018 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order Rj
