ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide online option for submitting applications through online enabling the PG candidates (Master of social works) who completed UG degree other than courses of Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child development and Criminology in the notification issued by the respondents in advertisement No.611 notification No.08/2022 dated 01.04.2022 for direct recruitment to the post of District Child Protection officer.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
