ORDER

(1) The petitioner/A4, who was arrested on 15.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307, 302 of IPC @ 147, 148, 120(b), 294(b), 324, 307 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.3262 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

(2) The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused persons have waylaid the deceased at knife point and assaulted him and as a consequence, the victim sustained injuries on his head and shoulder and he died on the spot.

(3) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is in judicial custody from 15.02.2021 and he seeks the release of the petitioner on bail.

(4) The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that there are totally 5 accused persons in this case and that the petitioner is arrayed as A4. He further added that there are 7 previous cases pending as against the petitioner/A4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(5) Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also that there are 7 previous cases pending as against the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner Accordingly, the petition stands DISMISSED.
