This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 195 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the order dated 30.08.2019 made in S.C.No.5 of 2017.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 05.05.2022, the matter was directed to be listed on 06.05.2022 for filing counter and disposal, however, today, the respondent has not filed any counter affidavit.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
