..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to settle (a) 50% salary for 180 days, (b) G.P.F., (c) 2010 to 2016 Annual Increment, (d) 2010 - 26 days salary i.e., 23.09.2010 to 22.10.2010 (suspension period), (e) Adhoc Bonus for the years 2014-15 and 2015-16, and (f) revised pension with arrears and with interest @ 18%, (g) Revised DCRG (h) SPF by considering the representation dated 23.03.2018. ORDER

With reference to the grievance of the writ petitioner that the pensionary benefits are yet to be settled, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents furnished the copy of the proposal submitted by the District Social Welfare Officer, Krishnagiri for settlement of terminal benefits due to the writ petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the competent authority submitted a proposal for settlement, the respondents are directed to settle all the pensionary benefits due to the writ petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
