The prayer sought for herein is to direct the respondent herein to raise the order of attachment passed in A.No.615 of 2012 dated 26.02.2015 i.e., attachment of Item No.1 of the scheduled property mentioned hereunder by the Hon'ble District Court, Thiruvallur.

2. The respondent herein is the applicant in the main application i.e., A.No.615 of 2012. By order dated 26.02.2015, the order of attachment has been passed against Item No.1 of the scheduled property mentioned in the Judges Summons in the main application.

3. Subsequently, it seems that, issue has been settled between the parties, and therefore, pursuant to the said settlement, this application has been filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent who was the applicant in the main application who would submit that, the matter has been settled and therefore, the respondent herein has no http://www.judis.nic.in objection in allowing this application by raising this attachment.

5. Accordingly, the order of attachment in A.No.615 of 2012 dated 26.02.2015 is hereby raised and this order shall be communicated to the concerned SRO for making necessary endorsement.
