O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the rejection order dated 01.03.2024 in E.A.SR.No.103082 of 2023 in E.P.No.3226 of 2023 in O.S.No.4287 of 2020 on the file of the learned X Assistant, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the judgment and decree in O.S.No.4287 of 2020, the petitioner had filed an appeal in A.S.No.300 of 2023 and the same was listed before the XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in which, he had filed an application in I.A.No.3 of 2023 seeking for an order of interim stay and the same has been granted. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. 2/4

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 10.07.2024 asi To The X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 3/4
