2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the prayer sought for in these Criminal Revision 2/4
Petitions have become infructuous, as the main case M.C.No.3 of 2020 itself has been disposed of on the file of Family Court, Dharmapuri arising out of the interim maintenance, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petitions.
3. In view of the above, these Criminal Revision Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
