Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the petitioners 2 to 5 are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant and are ranked as appellants 2 to 5 in the appeal. 3.

The Registry is directed to carry out the amendments and post the main appeal for hearing on 25.11.2024.
