ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.04.2022, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 379 and 430 of I.P.C read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in Crime No. 66 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. The petitioner was arrested recently on 20.04.2022 on a complaint registered by the respondent police alleging that the petitioner had illegally transported 1/2 unit of river sand in his bullock cart without any valid permission from the concerned authorities.
3. Considering the recent arrest and the stage of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
