O R D E R
When the contempt petition is taken up, the learned counsel for the second respondent submits that further payment of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakhs only) and odd including the month of April, 2019 would be paid in equal instalments,. The first instalment would be paid on or before February, 2019 and the next instalment would be paid on or before April, 2019. In the event of non compliance of the same, it is open to the petitioners to mention before this Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
