ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant migration permit to the petitioner's mini bus bearing Regn.No.TN-40AF-8500 on the route Tholampalayam to Thayanur and Gopineri to Aanaikatti based on the petitioner's application, dated 10.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application as stated supra on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application, dated 10.11.2025 seeking grant of migration permit to the petitioner's mini bus bearing Regn.No.TN-40AF-8500 on the route Tholampalayam to Thayanur and Gopineri to Aanaikatti, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner as well as the Government Order relied upon by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
