O R D E R

The Revision Petitioner herein is the husband and he preferred this Civil Revision Petition challenging the impugned order passed in E.P.No. 4 of 2014 in H.M.C.M.A.No.2 of 2010 for return of articles filed by wife.

2. On hearing of both sides, the learned III Addl. District Judge ordered to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent as worth of articles and the said amount is to be paid on or before 26.03.2019. But, till date, the revision petitioner husband has not paid the amount. Though he has challenged the said order, inspite of opportunity, there is representation on the side of revision petitioner through counsel, but Revision Petitioner not appeared inspite of direction given by this court and the amount was also not paid.

3. On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to dispose the case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
