Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2017 to execute and register the sale Deed in respect of the allotted Plot No.L, SIPCOT, Vannivedu Village, Walajah Taluk, Vellore District in favour of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of their representation dated 26.04.2017 wherein and whereby, they sought for execution and registration https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the sale Deed in respect of Plot No.L, SIPCOT, Vannivedu Village, Walajah Taluk, Vellore District, said to have been allotted in favour of the petitioner.

3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that even though such allotment was made so early, the respondents have not executed the sale deed and registered the same. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has already made a representation dated 26.04.2017 to the respondents. Therefore, this court, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, only direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
