ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2024 seeking to survey the lands in Survey No.51/3 and 51/4, situated at Block No.10, Nungambakkam Village, Egmore Circle, Chennai within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given a representation dated 11.03.2024 seeking to survey the lands in Survey No.51/3 and 51/4 situated at Block No.10, Nungambakkam Village, Egmore Circle, Chennai, the respondents have not taken any steps in this regard. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
