Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court, Mr.Shanmugam, Inspector of Police, CBCID, Pudupalaiyam, Puducherry, was present at the time of hearing. Mr.D.Bharatha Chakravarthy, learned Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Puducherry on 25.01.2021, after serving the RCS Notice. The learned counsel further submitted that the Court below has taken the RCS on file on 17.02.2021. 3.

Recording the submissions of the learned learned Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed.
