2.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit, having satisfied with the reasons stated for impleading the proposed respondent 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.7666 of 2023, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to implead proposed respondent in Crl.O.P.No.7666 of 2023.

3.Issue notice to proposed 2nd respondent, returnable in three weeks.
