Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter No.TIIC/SLM/BO/REC/2018-19 dated 06.03.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant / release the subsidy to the petitioner's loan accounts and not to interfere in the petitioner's business affairs and Industrial unit and collateral property except due process of law. ORDER

This Writ petition has been instituted challenging the intimation letter issued by the Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited dated 06.03.2019.

2. The impugned intimation letter reveals that the petitioner was advised to settle the amount within 7 days from the date of receipt of the letter to avoid auction proceedings of the property mortgaged as such without any further intimation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the negotiations are in progress between the petitioner and the respondents. That being so, the petitioner is at liberty to settle the issues between the respondents or challenge the subsequent auction proceedings or otherwise if any and if the petitioner, aggrieved from and out of such auction, he is at liberty to approach the authorities in the manner known to law.
