Prayer :- Petition is filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience and deliberate non compliance of the judgment of this court dated 02.08.2019 made in W.A.No.1360 of 2018.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order dated 02.08.2019 made in W.A.No.1360 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. The learned Government Advocate produced a communication dated 22.12.2020 sent by the Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector, Villupuram, to the Office of the Additional Government Pleader in compliance with the order of this court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that re-fixation has to be done with the revised pay scale along with increment.
4. We do not wish to say anything on that. This contempt petition stands closed accordingly. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make
appropriate representation in this regard within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, appropriate orders will have to be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter.
