O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to register the Power of Attorney dated 02.01.2025 executed by the petitioner in favour of a third party.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already online application has been submitted and a token has also been generated. However, the second respondent is not entertaining the Power of Attorney document and registering the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that physical document has not been presented for registration and subject to the condition that the petitioner submits physical document, the same will be considered as per Rules. 2/4

5. Considering the rival submissions, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit the physical document for registration before the second respondent. The second respondent shall proceed to register the document, if it is otherwise in order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
