Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent's in impugned rejection letter bearing Ref. SLMDO/SRMP, dated 13.03.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to allot Petrol Bulk Retail Sales Station in Survey No.52/1C, 52/1A1A, 52/6, 173/1, 174/1, 107/1A2A, 42/2, as per the Sub Division Survey No.42/2B1A at Kattiganapalli Village, Krishnagiri District pursuant to the notification issued in the month of November 2018 for establishing Petrol Bunk within 3 kms radius from Krishnagiri to Royakottai Road.
