This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 26.03.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the patta that stands in the name of the 4 th respondent with respect to the subject property and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.
Heard Mr.J.Chandran Sundar, Sashikumar for MR. P.Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 26.03.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the 4 th respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
