This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1749 of in Crl.O.P.No.24016 of 2022 dated 09.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
