This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records in connection with C.C.No.85 of 2017 which is now pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tindivanam and quash the same.

2.It is seen that all the points raised by the petitioner in the quash petition are involving questions of facts. Therefore, this Court cannot considered the points raised by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raised all the grounds before the trial Court during the trial. However, considering the year of the case is 2017, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within the period of three months in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.85 of 2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
