(Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) This petition is filed to grant leave to file a petition for clarification of the order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No.33886 of 2016.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the Corporation of Chennai, the third respondent herein has sent a letter dated 05.12.2018 to the petitioner stating that the writ petitioner installed a bunk shop in the patta land of the petitioner, the petitioner is before this Court seeking permission to grant leave to file a petition for clarification of the order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No.33886 of 2016.

3.As the Appu Colony Welfare Association, the petitioner herein was not impleaded in the above W.P. No.33886 of 2016, now they are before this Court seeking permission to grant leave to file a petition to clarify the above order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Court in

vga No.33886 of 2016. Therefore, this petition is allowed and leave is granted.
