..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned orders in Letter No.A5/2244/2012 dated 07.12.2012 passed by 3rd respondent and Letter No.Ko.A5/751/2013 dated 03.06.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the

post of driver by transfer of service in the Bhavanisagar Division or in any other Division in Coimbatore Region. For Petitioner :

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has circulated a letter dated 05.01.2017 to the Registry to that effect. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition. In view of the submission of the letter dated 05.01.2017 to the Registry and the endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
